GEOMAGNETIC TRAVELLOGUE

This project follows the zero-degree line of the
earth's magnetic field from the year 1590.

It is a work in progress.

The year 1590 is significant, as it coincides with the
development of Galileo's first telescope, and with the
creation of the first compound microscope.

Therefore, my project explores incidences of macro-
and micro-scopic vision, magnetic attraction and
polarity, and the intersection of scientific, historical,
and artistic narratives.
